Description

Tazret Forte Cream 0.1% is a topical medication containing the active ingredient Tretinoin, which is a retinoid. It is used to treat acne vulgaris, fine wrinkles, and hyperpigmentation. The cream is available in a 20gm tube.

Directions for use:

1. Wash your hands before and after applying the product.
2. Cleanse the affected area with a mild cleanser and pat dry.
3. Apply a thin layer of the product to the affected area as directed by your healthcare provider.
4. Use a pea-sized amount of product for the entire face.
5. Apply the product once daily, preferably at night, as it can increase the skin’s sensitivity to sunlight.

Precautions:

1. Do not use Tazret Forte Cream if you are allergic to Tretinoin or any of the inactive ingredients in the product.
