Description

Melalite Forte 4% 30 gm Cream is a topical medication containing Hydroquinone 4% as its active ingredient. It is used to treat hyperpigmentation, melasma, and other conditions that cause dark spots or uneven skin tone.

Directions for use:

1. Clean and dry the affected area thoroughly.
2. Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area and a small area of the surrounding skin.
